Well done, Elaine

FIRST of all this week we should offer congratulations to Elaine MacEachern. The 18-year-old has returned from her inaugural world championship motocross race with a placing well into the top half of the table going into the second round in Italy.

And that is despite mechanical problems and intense humid heat and rainfall.

We wish Elaine all the best for the rest of the racing season as she flies the flag for Mid Argyll.
