Make a Will, make a difference

The Ayrshire Hospice were absolutely delighted that £30,162 was raised during their last Make a Will fortnight with 372 Wills being prepared or updated by a team of 38 supporting solicitor offices across Ayrshire & Arran, with 21 offices from North Ayrshire and Arran alone.

The campaign is hugely popular and has now raised over £140,000 for the hospice since it began seven years ago, mainly thanks to the ongoing support of the many participating solicitors throughout Ayrshire who willingly give their service free of chargein return for a donation to the hospice.

The next Ayrshire Hospice Make a Will Fortnight will take place later this month. If you’d like to take the opportunity to make or update your Will in exchange for a donation to the hospice, all you need to do is call the participating solicitor of your choice and book an appointment between 15th and 26th October. The solicitors will guide you through the process and will also collect your donation to the hospice. A list of all the supporting solicitors is available on the Ayrshire Hospice website at www.ayrshirehospice.org/how-you-can-help/fundraising/legacies/or by calling the Fundraising Office on 01292 288488.
