Drenched, tired but happy and elated, 31 participants finished their round-the-island walk last Thursday for the Smile of Arran charity, which is now in its second year.
Participants finished at the Little Rock Cafe in Brodick who support the Smile of Arran charity throughout the year.

Started by the Tosh family of Hedingham after their son Arran died of a brain tumour in 2014, the Smile of Arran charity, through its affiliations with other groups, provides research funds and grants for people and families that are dealing with brain tumours and cancers. The organisation receives widespread support from island businesses who have held fundraisers and who have collected for them throughout the year.
