EILISH MCCOLGAN has successfully appealed against her omission from the British Athletics World Class Performance Programme (WCPP) and will be Lottery funded for 2016-17.
McColgan, who reached the 5000m final at the Rio Olympics, was one of the more notable absentees from the list which was released last month by the national governing body.
