JONNIE PEACOCK says doubling his workload and a strict focus on changing his technique are the keys to his revived form in 2016.
Peacock smashed his lifetime best last weekend at the Loughborough European Athletics Permit meeting, running 10.68 to slice 0.16 off his best time, set three years ago.
Peacock, who is coached by Dan Pfaff, said: “All I do is work on the first 30 to try and make it as efficient as possible and it means I have more energy at the end of the race.
