
Tim Peake: British astronaut with his London medal

BRITISH astronaut Tim Peake has finally been awarded his medal for completing the Virgin Money London Marathon while in space.
Peake, 44, ran the race on Sunday April 24 strapped to a treadmill in the International Space Station, clocking an impressive 3:35:21 to set a world record for the fastest marathon run in space.
