Our recipe feature also celebrates the bulb and its pivotal role in the contemporary kitchen … we’re sure you will fall in love with our roasted garlic bruschetta. We also travel to the rural fringe of Brisbane and catch up with Shannon Yeardley, the driving force behind the charity, The Flower Project, which gives wonderful bouquets and much-needed boosts to caregivers. On the quirky side, we meet a cool snow dome collector and children’s book illustrator Colin Thompson. Stylist Sandra Hinton shares tips on setting the scene for a pink brunch (don’t forget October is breast cancer awareness month) and she’s also searched out the latest and most eye-catching accessories for outdoor entertaining.
