Apple & banana iced cake rings

250g
plain
flour
40g
sugar
1tsp
cinnamon
1tsp
baking
powder
2
bananas,
peeled,
mashed
1
JAZZ™
apple,
peeled
and
grated
1
free-range
egg
1tsp
vanilla
extract
40g
butter,
melted
110g
milk
250g
icing
sugar
Caramel
sauce,
for
drizzling
(optional)
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4. Grease an ovenproof 12-hole mini doughnut tray.
2 In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder. Mix until combined, then set aside.
3 In a separate bowl add the mashed bananas, JAZZ™ apples, butter, egg, vanilla extract and milk. Mix well, then add the wet mixture into the flour mixture and give it a good whisk.
