Hands up, who has been baking more than ever recently? I have too, and it’s been such a delight to dedicate more time to making (and eating!) the things I love. It’s not been an easy task, with some key ingredients being harder to get hold of than others, but in these challenging times it’s clear that a lot of you have found comfort in the familiarity of the kitchen too. Or, perhaps you’ve only just discovered baking and are looking for some inspiration to help you grow confidence and improve your skills?
