TT#1 If, like me, you’re always looking for new ways to jazz up your cakes and draw in the crowds on your Cupcake Day, why don’t you try breaking the rules with your flavourings and add a surprise centre to compliment the frosting.
One idea that works well is a rhubarb and custard cupcake – rhubarb flavoured frosting on top with a hidden custard centre. Divine! The element of surprise is always a winner.
