The Great British Bake Off is back with a bang and in case you hadn’t already guessed, this month’s cute cover star recipe comes courtesy of the lovely Kim-Joy! We had a little chat with the 2018 runner-up all about her brilliant new book, plus she shares her top tips for baking success and gives some stellar advice for anyone who’s thinking of applying to be on the show next year. Not only that, Kim-Joy tells us where she gets her inspiration from and shares some of her clever and creative bakes for you to make at home from page 9 – they’re almost too cute to eat!

Nadiya Hussain also shares some delicious family-friendly recipes on page 49, John Whaite makes simple speedy puds on page 61, Steven Carter-Bailey shares his brilliant coffee, Biscoff and chocolate cheesecake on page 58 (and a savoury quiche on page 92), plus we find out how to make a GBBO showstopper that’s perfect for autumn on page 37 (sticky toffee apple caramel cake anyone?).
