ROYDON EBA had a lively and enjoyable meeting on September 28, with the raffle raising £85.
Chairman Barry Penny opened the meeting by welcoming everybody – including a contingent from Brighton EBA who make the trip up whenever they can – then gave the sad news that member Bobby Wells (who had only joined at our July meeting) had passed away.
A minute’s silence was held for Bobby and former world champion Ricky Hatton.
