A CAMPBELTOWN woman hand-picked by the Queen to modernise Windsor castle was killed at one of London’s worst accident blackspots, an inquest jury heard.

Moira Gemmill, 55, was on her way to St James’s Palace when she was struck by a Mercedes tipper lorry driven by James Kwatia, near Lambeth Bridge, where it joins Horseferry Road in Westminster, on April 9, 2015.
