Rotary thanks to Sale of the Century helpers

Further to the Courier report of the recent Rotary Sale of the Century, numerous other people deserve thanks from the Rotary Club for the help they gave at that time.

They are, in no particular order, Jim Martin, who moved all the furniture from storage to the Victoria Hall; electrician Archie Houston, who checked the safety of all electrical goods; Anne Leith, who typed the catalogues; Andrew Smith and Son and Kintyre Recycling for providing vehicles to help with deliveries. Two of Kintyre Recycling staff, Amanda and Andy, who also helped with deliveries; and James Lafferty, of Kintyre CARS, who provided a projector screen. Individual volunteers who helped were Stephen Chinn, Christopher McEwan, Dillon Cox, Niall and Elliot Gemmill. We are very grateful to them, for the whole weekend would have been much more difficult without their valuable assistance.
