Robbie Williams plans to write more musicals after the success of The Boy In The Dress. Based on the David Walliams book, his debut musical penned with Guy Chambers opened at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford-Upon-Avon last month. “We’d like to do more, the signs are positive,” said Robbie. “Before it starts, you’re nervous and worried how the whole show is going to go. Then your shoulders relax more and more as you go, ‘This is absolutely amazing.’ By the end of the first half I was thinking, wow, how lucky are we?”
Robbie also hopped on stage to sing a special reprise of Disco Symphony with the kids on the opening night.
