Whendid you first become a superfan of Duran Duran and why do you like them?
Itwas 1983 and I was nine years old, when I saw some Duran Duran posters on my cousin’s wall. We were occupied by the Soviet Union back then and it was very difficult to discover new music or read magazines that came from the other side of the Iron Curtain. It was more than a year later when I actually heard my first Duran Duran song on the radio – Hold Back The Rain. It was the best music that I’d ever heard!
