Having nearly split to leave singer Roy Stride to his sideline writing for 5 Seconds Of Summer and Jax Jones, the trio find their purpose again. Running To You and The Missing Part have the zest that made She’s So Lovely so huge, while the title track and fatherhood ode Marnie’s Lullaby have a passionate simplicity that previously eluded them. A couple of songs tip over from sweet into schmaltz, but the good nature and ability to turn a simple idea into something new ensures most of this new album will join their festival anthemics perfectly.
