When I started cooking I took over the Christmas Day responsibilities, and it was a great feeling serving up my own food for the family. When I went vegan, I put in extra effort as I didn’t want them feeling they were missing out on anything. My goal is to get as many people’s Christmas dinner tables to reflect that as possible.
