“I believe that what you choose to put on your plate is the most important health intervention you can make. Ill health is on the rise and, as a doctor, I want to prevent the need for powerful prescription medications or painful procedures and offer a delightful alternative: eating fresh produce and colourful plants to ignite a passion for flavour. The creativity and pleasure of preparing and eating good food are attainable for everyone.” RUPY AUJLA
