The Eurovision Song Contest ended in disappointment for everyone backing the UK entry (which I actually thought was rather good). But the moments before the Grand Final were another matter entirely, with that trailer surely jolting Doctor Who fans across the country out of their seats. By the time you read this we’ll all have had a chance to examine every frame of the action and digest those episode titles. The trailer is the first formal acknowledgment that the initial Special, The Star Beast, is adapted from one of this magazine’s own comic strips. We couldn’t be more pleased, and we can’t wait to see the episode in November.
