Doctor Who Magazine’s birthday cake was specially baked for the event by Mandy Cass.

On Saturday 28 May 2016 the staff and many of the freelancers from Doctor Who Magazine visited the Copthorne Hotel in Windsor for a celebratory convention. Established as Doctor Who Weekly in 1979, before becoming Doctor Who Monthly and ultimately Doctor Who Magazine, the publication had just notched up its 500th issue. Which was a good excuse for a party in the shape of an informal event for several hundred fans.

Doctor Theatre
