In a break from shooting Series 12, Jodie Whittaker reflects on her second year playing the Doctor.

Coming in and doing Doctor Who Magazine interviews when it’s your first season is quite nerve-racking,” says Jodie Whittaker. “Committing to who your Doctor is in print is terrifying. You think, ‘What if I say this and then change my mind?’” Now that Jodie’s second series is underway, what’s different? “Now I’m more comfortable to say, ‘I’ve changed my mind!’ I’m more comfortable in the fact that everything changes.
