MICHAEL DUNLOP: LOCKED ON

In the last 11 years Michael Dunlop has chalked up no fewer than 20 victories on the Snaefell Mountain Course, 13 of them in the TT. During that period he has had more than his share of success, hardship and sadness. Regarded as one of the most tenacious competitors in racing, only one thing matters to Michael, and that is standing on the top step of the podium.

TODAY WE DO THE TON!

It was June 12, 1957, and Scotsman Bob McIntyre set out in The Senior race looking for the top step of the podium. En route to that win he knew he’d have to push his Italian metal past a magic marker. On that day and on that lap, the first 100mph lap of The Mountain Course was claimed.
