An unexplained infertility diagnosis is a double-edged sword. You should be able to fall pregnant naturally and knowing that there isn’t anything physically wrong can give you some element of relief, but then after that the thoughts kick in saying “if everything is ok why the hell am I not getting pregnant?”

There can be many reasons for a couple to receive an unexplained infertility diagnosis and STRESS is a big culprit. The effects of stress within the body include the rise of corticosteroids which is when the adrenal glands are over working. This could be because you live in the city or have a highpressured job! This something we just can’t ignore.
