EXPERT: Emma Cannon

Children are born through the union of your relationship. Of course children are also born under all sorts of circumstances, but if you are going through IVF with another person remember that you are both in it together.

Try to do things to support one another – it can be the small things that make all the difference.

Remembering about appointments rather than having to be prompted helps with the feelings of support. Some people find it hard to listen to the constant talk of babies and IVF. Even though they may be fully committed, people process things in different ways.
