Andrew Loosely sets out a simple healthy diet action plan that will keep you on track to lose weight and achieve your goals.

Part 2 The 3 ‘Forgotten’ Foods

Over the past 100 years a variety of factors have dramatically changed the foods that we eat, causing us to have a lower intake of essential nutrients.

Enhancing your fertility health can be greatly achieved through a balanced and healthy diet, but only when you’re eating good sources of these nutrients.

This is something that our forefathers were aware of, and made use of by consuming all parts of the plants and animals they caught, collected or raised.

The Victorians at this time were eating a variety of rich and nutrient dense foods, including the ones I’ll share with you shortly, and had the least level of disease compared to any other recorded time.

When I started researching fertility diet, around 20 years ago, I realised that there were 3 main foods that people weren’t eating much of anymore.

Of course it will depend on where you’re living in the world, but in the UK, Europe and the US where most of my clients are, the consumption of these foods has declined significantly.
