There isn’t a month goes by without my in-boxes being full of criticism for what we have been doing with the magazine. While some of you tell us that you love our new design with its wide-open pages and big clear images, others prefer more text and fewer pictures. Most of you like our approach to design as the starting point of everything that follows in the making process but a few would like F&C to be about making alone. Now doesn’t all of this just prove what I have always suspected: that we furniture makers can be a fickle bunch?
