Detroit – the largest city and metropolitan area of Michigan stirs a lot of different thoughts in different people. You might know it as the city that had to file for bankruptcy back in 2013, or as one of Donald Trump’s key battlegrounds in his election campaign. Then again, you might also know it as the home of Nikki Minaj’s “boy toy named Troy”. Either way, the Motor City has a lot of soul and is now writing its own comeback story.
