SIMPLE SOUP AND SOURDOUGH 400kcal

Heat 300ml lentil soup and have with 1 slice sourdough toast. Follow with 1 banana and 80g grapes

THAI-STYLE PRAWN AND COCONUT STIR-FRY 414kcal

Heat a frying pan, then add 1tbsp green curry paste mixed with 1tbsp hot water and cook for 30 sec. Add 100g king prawns and cook for 2–3 min, then stir in juice ½ lime. Add 80g cooked egg noodles, 1 carrot peeled into long ribbons and 50g fresh cubed coconut pieces to the pan to heat through, and toss everything together. Serve topped with freshly ground black pepper and a handful of chopped fresh coriander
