TOAST 313kcal Whisk 1 egg with 30ml fortified almond milk and a few drops of vanilla essence, then dip 2 slices wholemeal bread into the mix. Spray a non-stick pan with olive oil and cook the bread on both sides. Top with 80g raspberries, 30g 2% fat greek yogurt and 1tsp chopped almonds
