• Choose a variety of meals and snacks for a spread of nutrients.

• Include meat-free days, plus two 140g portions of fish each week, one of which should be oily fish.
• Drink 1–2 litres of fluid a day – water, low-calorie drinks or teas are best.
• In addition, have 300ml skimmed milk, unsweetened almond milk or calcium-fortified alternatives each day in skinny coffees or shakes to help meet your calcium needs.
