To create space for myself. Some days I’m so busy advising clients on how to improve their nutrient intake, I don’t have time to follow my own advice! I’ll eat a healthfood bar (which aren’t always that healthy) because there’s no time to prepare fresh food. So the plan is to exercise first thing every day – nothing too intense, a stroll or a swim – and to not check emails until afterwards, and only when I’ve eaten a nutritious breakfast. At least if the rest of the day is crazy, I’ll have had a strong start.
