Makes 1

250ml coconut milk

2 tsp grated fresh turmeric root

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

½ tsp cinnamon

A lemon

In a small pan, whisk the milk, turmeric, ginger and cinnamon. Heat gently for 5 mins, then strain through a sieve, discard solids and pour into a mug. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and enjoy.
