Luckily for knife owners everywhere, Knife Rights Chairman Doug Ritter simply doesn’t give up the ight. After the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit rejected the plaintif’s petition for rehearing en banc (by the full court) in Knife Rights’ long-running federal civil rights case against New York City and District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr., a petition was submitted for a Writ of Certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States, asking it to hear the case.
