As a former set designer, I often want to play with the world’s scenery! I like to think that the landscape can be tweaked or enhanced, to amplify our emotional response to it or to offer the perfect backdrop for our imaginations to let rip. I’m not one to be melodramatic in everyday life, when it comes to painting, the more dramatic the better!
