Loosen up your approach to painting

Paint wet-in-wet watercolour

Ihave been painting as long as I can remember. I attended my first art class at the age of ten when I was growing up in Brazil. Since then I have always doodled, painted and created.

I continued my studies in both art and ceramics and gained practical experience working in a commercial pottery. Wanting to expand my knowledge of painting I took an educational course specialising in watercolour and there began my love of painting in this wonderful medium.

The teacher was a lovely lady who, in hindsight, inspired me to become a teacher myself and these days I tutor watercolour to around 60 students. I enjoy every minute of it. I also demonstrate and give workshops to large groups across the south east of England.
