Despite being an inspiration for such acts as Kiss, Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard, it’s odd that The Sweet have yet to be afforded the deep-end ultra-deluxe reissue treatment, especially given the unending stream of reissues of the likes of Slade. But The RCA Era is here to set the record straight, and give glam fans something that is more curated than it is kitsch.
