WHEN WAS THE last time you took a time–out from the stresses and strains of everyday life? The Mindfulness app on your Apple Watch would like to help you do just that. It encourages you to take a moment to pause and meditate, to focus on your breathing, or just to think deeply about a single thing for as long as it takes to help you feel relaxed.
The Mindfulness app has been around for a long time — it debuted as the Breathe app in watchOS 3 — but the current version has more options, especially if you’re an Apple Fitness+ subscriber. That gives you access to guided meditations that you can listen to on your AirPods, HomePod, or on Bluetooth headphones or speakers.
