What’s happened to the 27–inch iMac? Will we ever see a 27–inch or larger iMac? When was the last 27–inch iMac released?
I’ve been holding out on getting a new iMac for some time now, as I don’t like the size of the 24–inch iMac with the M1 chip. My current 27–inch iMac is six years old and my wife’s 27–inch iMac is 12 years old and she cannot upgrade her macOS. I don’t know if I’ll be able to upgrade my iMac beyond Ventura. I watched AppleInsider’s video which stated that Apple is rumored to release a 30–inch iMac sometime in late 2024 or early 2025. I sure hope that it is not that far off before Apple releases a larger than 24–inch iMac.
