1. Punch Away Those Pounds

Well, if you trail their Instagram accounts (and believe me we do!), you’ll see that many attribute their super-toned physiques to regular boxing classes. 2. Find Your Centre
Slim celebs like Jessica Alba and Gisele Bündchen have been losing themselves in mindful bliss with regular yoga sessions. Though there is often debate on yoga’s fitness-boosting abilities, most experts agree that it improves your strength, balance and flexibility (and it certainly seems to be working for these girls). 4. Raise The Barre

Get ready to channel your inner Black Swan because ballet-inspired fitness is a trend that is 100 percent here to stay. Popular amongst svelte A-listers such as Chrissy Tiegen, Rosie Huntington-Whitely and Denise Richards, these classes promise to strengthen and tone (without adding bulk), giving you a lean, slender silhouette. “It works because a lot of ballet moves use micro-movements, in which you move just an inch or two,” explains former dancer Carrie Rezabek Dorr. “They take momentum out of the equation, forcing you to stay in the contraction, which tires muscles faster, giving you quicker results!”


5. Take a Hike

Who needs gym memberships and expensive equipment when you can take to the great outdoors to get your workouts in? Celebs such as Olivia Wilde and Liv Tyler regularly head to the trails in the quest for a better body, and, with all its benefits, we’re definitely up for following suit! Hiking is a great total body workout that can be enjoyed at a leisurely pace. It uses constant movement to provide cardio and varied terrain to target and tone specific muscle groups. Then there’s the zen factor to consider. Walking amongst hills, forests and waterways allows you to connect with Mother Nature while letting go of everyday stress.

6. Hang About

7. Dance It Out 
If you thought Zumba was the be all and end all of dance cardio, think again! Anyone who’s anyone knows it’s all about the Tracy Anderson Method, a workout regime that incorporates muscular structure work with dance aerobics. Stars such as Courtney Cox, Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Aniston are forever touting it’s transformative qualities and Gwyneth Paltrow publicly thanked the method for “kicking her formerly sagging ass into shape.” Luckily, you don’t to have Tracy on speed dial in order to get the same results.
