Receiving these top accolades year on year is a remarkable success for the KQ team. We sincerely thank you, our customers, for getting us to the top. Our approach is designed to provide you with a highly personalised and bespoke service tailored to your individual preferences – and all with an African touch. We couldn’t have done it without you.
We have more good news: our financial position has been steadily improving throughout 2022. As we went to press, we were uplifting approximately 250,000 customers a month. Bouncing back from the impact of the pandemic, our commitment to improving customer service is stronger than ever. That not only means listening to your feedback, but also rewarding your loyalty. We will soon have some exciting news to share with you about our new loyalty programme, Asante Rewards, which will go live in 2023. You can read more about it in the next issue of msafiri, but be sure to keep an eye on our website and social media for the latest news and updates.
