The proposal sparked a conlict that led to the cancellation of a meeting between the two nations’ presidents. White House Chief of Staf Reince Priebus told CBS’s Face the Nation that the White House is considering a “bufet of options” as it weighs how to fund construction of the wall Donald Trump promised to build but not pay for.
