The Obam Times & WEST HIGHLAND TIMES

There has been a long-standing campaign by activists against salmon and sea trout farming in Argyll and the Highlands and Islands. The problem they have is with sea lice, which, they say, are causing devastation among the wild salmon populations.

So it comes as little surprise that the campaigners have welcomed a report from the Norwegian Institute of Nature Studies which examines all research on the impact of sea lice from salmon farms.
