Sealife Sanctuary’s otter Lewis has died

Lewis, who was 13 years old, died due to a ‘degenerative condition caused by arthritis’.

The Scottish Sealife Sanctuary in Barcaldine has announced the death of its beloved otter Lewis.

Lewis, who was 13 years old, died due to a ‘degenerative condition caused by arthritis’. The sanctuary announced the news on social media, saying: ‘It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of our muchloved otter Lewis.
