Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)

Inhale press chest forward and lift up by pressing hands into the earth. Press pubic bone and toes to floor, hold f or 10 breaths. Exhale down, inhale tuck toes, place hands by ribcage, press seat back to heels and extend legs.
