A light, calm, nourishing and nurturing centre on Richmond Hill, bhuti (which means ‘wellbeing’ in Sanskrit) features holistic spa treatments, yoga/fitness classes seven days a week, a vegan cafe, an ethical lifestyle shop and a members’ space including relaxation lounge and terrace. With a clean, simple design and loving service, it’s the vision of founder Samantha Trinder. “I feel strongly that many people practice yoga looking outward still, for peace or solutions, but the key aspect of yoga is that it is within,” she says. “bhuti is about how we can come up close and personal with ourselves, our pain, our shadows, as well as our joy and relieve stress. I believe if we were less stressed the world would be transformed.” Drop in for treatments, classes or just a nice cup of tea.

About OM Yoga Magazine

Welcome to our August issue. This month, we’ve got everything you need to keep your practice fresh and alive...on and off the mat. There’s some great yoga instruction, sequences, anatomy and meditations, plus a whole lot more goodies too. Look out for some inspirational stories, including from two incredible American yoga ladies, Colleen Saidman Yee and Anneke Lucas. We also take a look at the Power of Yoga Nidra, as well as yoga’s beneficial impact on managing the menopause. And, inside, you’ll also find not one, but two, special reports showcasing some of the nation's top yoga studios (The Fab 5), as well as a guide to upgrading your home practice with some nice new yoga gear (Get Your Kit Together). Have a great month and see you on the mat real soon.
