Sarah is a registered nutritionist and yoga teacher living in Manchester. She works full time as a nutritionist in the food industry as well as having her blog, Nutribloom (nutribloom.co.uk). Sarah is also a yoga teacher hosting workshops such as ‘Nourish and Flow’ where she combines evidence-based nutrition advice with the beautiful practice of yoga.
