INGREDIENTS
½ a mango
½ a banana
40g (½ cup) kale
2 tbsp avocado
½ cup (100 ml) coconut water
1/4 cup (50 ml) rice milk
½ cup (100 ml) coconut water
1 handful grapes
1 tbsp chia seeds plus 1 tsp for topping
4 ice cubes
1 Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until combined and smooth.
