How to get better sleep!
Sleep — that elusive friend we all love and adore, but can never seem to get enough of.
Over a third of the population do not get enough sleep and even those who do often complain of the sleep quality being poor and not feeling refreshed when waking up in the morning.
We all know that getting enough sleep is really important to how we function for the day. When we don’t get enough sleep we experience poor focus, low moods and the kind of irritability that makes us want to hang the driver that cuts us up on the road during rush hour (you know what i’m talking about). What’s often overlooked though, is the effect that sleep deprivation can have on us long term, with poor sleep being linked to things like obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and depression.
