CRADLE
40 North Street, Sudbury, Suffolk
Every now and then, something rather special pops up unexpectedly. For the plant based residents of sleepy Suffolk market town Sudbury, that place is called CRADLE.
The venture first started in a rural village in the Loire Forez region of France, when couple Holly Sutton and Christophe Vigie opened a bakery in 2009. In 2015 though, after deciding that they wanted to re-brand as plant based, the couple relocated to the UK for a fresh start.
